Rubbing Alcohol
Instructions
-
Clean the piece of
glass with alcohol and allow to dry.

Cover the stamp with
clear embossing ink and set aside.

Coat the entire piece
of glass with clear embossing ink and sprinkle with Gold UTEE. Heat
thoroughly until the powder melts.

Repeat until the
surface of the glass is coated with a smooth, even layer of Gold UTEE.

Press the stamp into
the Gold UTEE and leave it in place until the UTEE hardens and the stamp can
be removed easily.

Allow the piece to
cool completely. Wrap wire around the top and bottom edges and create a loop
through which you will string the cord.
Notes
If you don’t like the
impression you make, you can reheat the UTEE until it becomes smooth. You can
then repeat the process.
Art glass becomes
extremely hot and retains heat for quite a while. Use caution.
