Newly released on parole in July 2004, Jackie Bache learned to communicate through art while completing her sentence at a women's prison in Connecticut. Part of the Witness Protection Program, she's been living disguised as a cow in the rural farm town of Exeter, Maine. Jackie serves on a number of design teams, is a world-renowned stamp artist, has been published in a number of publications, and is also the founding member of The Jackie Bache Fan Club.
